Product development is so important, and the most important thing to us, is to create high quality, great tasting sourdough baked goods. As our products are also free from all 14 major allergens, this can be restrictive on developing new products, but we wanted to be as inclusive as possible with our offering. Often gluten free products will contain eggs or milk, and many people have cross reactions to these alongside gluten.
