Nestlé’s Board of Directors has appointed Philipp Navratil as CEO of Nestlé, S.A., following the immediate dismissal of Laurent Freixe. Freixe’s departure comes after an investigation into an undisclosed relationship with a direct subordinate, which breached Nestlé’s Code of Business Conduct. The inquiry was overseen by Chairman Paul Bl Bulckeand Lead Independent Direct Director Pablo Isla, with suppor external counsel.
