t iba, Daxner will be showing pre-dough and sourdough systems that can be individually adapted to all needs and products and seamlessly integrated into existing production. With an extensive range of components, they
enable the production of high-quality, operationally reliable dough systems and offer solutions for a wide variety of requirements, such as high or low dough yields. At the same time, they ensure safe, reproducible product quality and hygienic production.
Greatest flexibility Daxner’s range includes process engineering solutions for all specific requirements, whether for flours and meals, rye and wheat, cooled or uncooled, mobile or stationary, with soft or fixed guidance, single-stage or multi-stage, manual or automatic filling, and with volume dosing or weighing for removal.
Universal application: The daxDou 3.1 can process almost all types of dough.
Continuous mixer daxDou 3.1: High production output and consistent quality In addition to the pre-dough and sourdough systems, Daxner will also be presenting the daxDou 3.1 continuous mixer for the hygienic preparation of pre-dough and sourdough as well as innovative special solutions for dry and liquid components. Moreover the manual dosing system for small and micro batches or the Dosing and Screening machine DM30 with Easy-Clean device, will be exhibited at the trade show. DIOSNA brings automation, dough processing solutions to iba
At iba, DIOSNA will highlight its automation and dough processing innovations, including AGV-supported automated dough production and hygienic design mixers
his year at iba, DIOSNA will showcase its focus on developments in automation, dough processing and kneading. Visitors can expect DIOSNA’s AGV-supported concepts for automated dough production, in addition to the two hygienic design wendel mixers WH240A with an exchangeable bowl and WH240E with direct ground discharge. DIOSNA’s AGVs work with high and low lift functions.
The DIOSNA Bakery area will showcase the pre-dough technologies and equipment used to produce the baked goods offered at the stand. In addition, DIOSNA project managers Thorsten Iborg
and Peter Moormann will give a technical presentation on ‘Effective Production Logistics and Smart Production Services in Dough Production’ at the iba.SPEAKERS AREA, held Tuesday, October 26, 2023. The presentation will focus on the increasing importance of global networking of machines, technologies and user interfces.
