rom classical marzipan bars to traditional chocolate jazzies with colourful sprinkles, Schluckwerder has been developing its widely extended product range mainly around seasonal specialties for Christmas or Easter. Its confectionary includes marzipan potatoes or filled chocolate truffles, always at realistic and fair prices for its own brand, but also for the private label sector. Beyond the boundaries of Germany and of Europe even, the company is constantly engaged in developing fine confectionary to answer to dreams and expectations. Its flexible, state-of-the-art production, combined with its high degree of expertise, its serious customer focus and a good tradition of a family business have helped the company become a market leader of marzipan specialities.
At Schluckwerder, the company has also been specialising in the production of premium quality hazelnut-pralines and different variants of filled brittle products such as the latest additions to its product range –Almond brittles and Hazelnut brittles filled with original hazelnut praline, with a high proportion of hazelnut and no palm fat – a real treat from our Crocanterie selection. Schluckwerder Almond brittles are filled with hazelnut praline (50%) and coated with finely chopped caramelised almonds, adding a crunchy note to the delicate sweet. Its crispy Hazelnut brittles are filled with hazelnut praline (34%) and wrapped in a bright milk chocolate cover (29%). Sweet and lightly aromatic, the praline balls are described as “a true delight for the palate and make wonderful bites to share with friends and family”.
