With the Partner Program being a key area of development, training is also an essential part of the puzzle. Partners that qualify for this new CIH Partner Program will get priority access to training events and opportunities based both at Electrolux’s Head Office in Luton and on the road. Retailer-focused training


After resuming in-person training, our refurbished showroom is complemented by having a dedicated retailer-focused Training Manager to work with many of Electrolux’s dealers and their staff. An additional focus of ours is introducing the AEG Matt Black range to this channel, and our training programmes ensure that all retailers and their staff have the most up-to-date knowledge on our new innovative appliances.

For example, in our new Care range, the 9000 Series AbsoluteCare 8kg Washing Machine has ground-breaking SoftWater Technology, meaning the appliance purifies the water it uses by filtering harsh chemicals that can damage garments. Users also have the option to use the Wool Plus programme, which is the only wool programme in the market and will cool down at the end of the wash phase, preventing chill-shock when the cold rinse begins. Having experts in our team that know all the intricate details of our appliances means we’re able to share these nuances of product spec with our Partners; it’s all part of the Electrolux package and makes a difference to the overall customer experience. It’s also an exciting time as we launch our new laundry range, which replaces the existing range


launched back in 2016. The range includes washing machines, tumble dryers (available now) and washer dryers (coming later this year). With such a key focus on the consumer and making an appliance that suits their every need, it’s vital that retailers can answer the questions people have about how best to use our machines. The new laundry range will be available through our select independent electrical retailers as part of our significant investment and focus into the channel. To enhance this further, and with plans to invest


and sponsor regional CIH events during 2023, we are hosting a roadshow for all partners and key accounts to take advantage of viewing a range of product demonstrations. Whilst

Euronics only, Electrolux is on a mission to demonstrate how much we value our independent retailers. To do this, a bespoke program is being built this year which looks at several separate frameworks to support valued independents and buying groups. I’m looking forward to welcoming retailers to
