Marshalls paving for gardens, driveways, and more: Proud sponsor of the ‘Landscaping Display of the Year’ Marshalls is the UK’s leading hard landscaping, building and roofing products supplier. Our products are found in homes and gardens across the country, alongside some of the UK’s most famous landmarks – we’re particularly proud to have paved every location on the Monopoly Board. Our products We take pride in creating products for both commercial and domestic markets, operating within three main divisions. Across these divisions, we’re pleased to offer a diverse range of over 1000+ products;

• Marshalls landscape products: paving, kerb, edgings, walling and protective street furniture • Marshalls building products: drainage and water management solutions, concrete bricks, masonry, mortar, screeds and aggregates • Marley roofing products, a specialist in pitched roof systems joining the Marshalls Group in 2022 Together these divisions represent years of technical expertise and market-leading innovation, focusing on creating better places. Nationwide coverage With sites located across the UK, we have nationwide coverage to be able to supply our customer base. 96.9% of products are manufactured right here in Britain, which helps us to have full control of our stock and monitor product quality and working practices closely. We’re also a proud member of ‘Made in Britain’, a non-profit organisation bringing together leading British manufacturers to champion skills, innovation and craftsmanship. We take pride in the investments we make locally, developing our people and constantly looking at ways to improve our working practices and machinery to be more efficient. Innovation As a proud British business, it’s important to us that we support local manufacturing, and invest in the development of our workforce, working practices and cutting-edge technology. From a pioneering patented colour process for Lunar paving, to ongoing efforts to reduce and remove cement in concrete ranges, we’re ambitious in our use of new processes and technology. In 2022, we were the first in the UK to launch a dual block plant at our St Ives site. This dramatically boosts the efficiency of the plant, and also increases manufacturing capacity. This means more stock on the ground and better availability of our key hard landscaping products. Modal X is our first new product from our plant – the range is inspired by high-quality granite, and offers great design flexibility due to its extensive choice of colours, sizes, finishes, and permeable solutions. For our domestic customers, our Outdoor Reality App uses augmented reality to help them visualise our products in their own space in real time. For our commercial customers, we offer a Product Viewer that allows users to explore our entire commercial range and experiment with different design ideas. You can also view designs in real-life using augmented reality and virtual reality headsets. Sustainability

Operating ethically and sustainably is a commitment we make to our customers, partners, stakeholders and the communities where we do business. We’re innovating to enhance the sustainability of our ranges, exploring trials to reduce cement in concrete and developing new products with a focus on improving climate resilience. Our products are also manufactured using responsibly sourced raw materials and 74% of the electricity we consume as a group comes from renewable sources. We’re continually exploring circular economy opportunities and have a target to achieve zero waste the landfill by 2030.
