It has a thermal conductivity of 0.034W/mK and is non-combustible with the best possible Euroclass A1 Reaction to Fire Classification. It has BBA certificates for use in a rainscreen cladding systems, and behind masonry. It complies with building regulations and will not contribute to the development or spread of fire. Adapt-Air from Timloc Building Prducts is an under floor and through wall ventilation system of simple to install pre-assembled sets, which quickly and conveniently adapt extraction ductwork to terminate at a standard plastic airbrick.


It can be used for: floor level voids, external walls and is suitable for round and rectangular rigid extraction ductwork from bathrooms, cloakrooms, utility rooms and kitchens.


The airbricks are available in terracotta and buff to blend with various brick and the system is suitable for working temperatures of -20 to 60°c. Adapt-Air enables rigid extraction ductwork termination to be built in as part of the brickwork package, it doesn’t restrict or interrupt ducting airflow and eliminates the requirement for retrospective
