As we look ahead to S/S 2023, Wellness is a trend that seems here to stay - demonstrated by organic, natural and cosy designs and materials. Wellness in terms of design can take many forms - whether it’s choosing light, bright colours that uplift you, or selecting housewares products that save time and energy, and make life simpler and easier. Many of us spend a large amount of our time at home in the kitchen, so products that enhance this time are worth their weight in gold. This issue saw us take a look at the latest

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork This succulent pulled pork recipe is a total crowd pleaser!


Electrical


Combine the onion, ketchup, tomato puree, apple cider vinegar and spices in the slow cooker bowl. Season pork shoulder all over with salt and pepper then add to slow cooker, covering it with mixture.


RANGE


Cover and cook until tender on high for 5 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours (meat should fall apart easily with a fork).


Remove pork from slow cooker and transfer to a bowl. Shred the pork and toss with juices from the slow cooker.
