This has undoubtedly been a challenging year for the industry with consumer incomes having been pinched by the cost-of- living crisis, however in this issue we’re looking forward to hopefully a more positive new year. In this issue, we delve into the top trends of 2022 and look ahead to new trends for 2023 in household cleaning, small domestic appliances and home décor. With a number of highly- anticipated events organised for the industry, we’ve covered everything from Ambiente, Spring Fair and The Inspired Home Show to Exclusively, INDX Homewares and Top Drawer. Slow Cooker Pulled Pork This succulent pulled pork recipe is a total crowd pleaser!
Electrical
Combine the onion, ketchup, tomato puree, apple cider vinegar and spices in the slow cooker bowl. Season pork shoulder all over with salt and pepper then add to slow cooker, covering it with mixture.
RANGE
Cover and cook until tender on high for 5 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours (meat should fall apart easily with a fork).
Remove pork from slow cooker and transfer to a bowl. Shred the pork and toss with juices from the slow cooker.
