The Harts of Stur website won the plaudits with its contemporary and sleek design, which aligns with the company’s branding.
One of our judges said it is a “visually enticing appearance” with clear and consistent page layouts. The retailer said it incorporates a personalised product recommendations, strategically placed
throughout its site, which ensures a highly targeted and relevant shopping experience. It also leverages email automations to re-engage with users, whether they have visited, abandoned a checkout, or subscribed to its mailing list without making a purchase. Harts of Stur’s Trustpilot profile, boasting over 12,000 reviews and a rating of 4.9 out of five, establishes it as a top-ranking player in the market.

Borough Kitchens said that shopping on its website is an extension of shopping in its stores, where customers feel like they are welcome and well-informed. Our judges praised the retailer for providing a detailed description of each product, as well as its “Why We Love it” additions, which shows its decision behind introducing a piece into our range.
