Three cheers for innovation
Housewares Magazine and its digital partner

F
was held on February 5 at The National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, in partnership with the Spring Fair. The proceedings were hosted by film director, actor
and presenter Ryan Philpott, who announced the results of 25 award categories to an audience of 300- plus guests. Ryan was joined on stage by two co-presenters:
School of Wok founder, author and TV chef Jeremy Pang and wine expert Joe Fattorini, star of Channel 5’s ‘The Wine Show’. There was also a special guest appearance by Ken Hom OBE – widely regarded as one of the world’s leading authorities on Asian cooking. We would like to express huge thanks to our
sponsors for their ongoing support of our prestigious annual occasion. Without them, we would not be able to commemorate the innovation that is the lifeblood of the housewares industry in such fitting style.

Introducing Bo Pedal Bin, the newest addition to Brabantia's Bo family. The company says: ‘Making waste separation stylish, Bo Pedal Bin has the option of one, two or three inner buckets, all made out of 100% recycled materials. The capacity is perfect for separating waste at home, while not compromising on style.’ Brabantia makes a donation to The Ocean CleanUp for every
Bo Pedal Bin sold. The Ocean CleanUp is a foundation that develops technologies to extract plastic pollution from the oceans and prevent more plastic debris from entering ocean waters.
