Capital Cooling exclusive distributor for Ilsa

apital Cooling is bringing Italian manufacturing to the UK market by adding
Ilsa Refrigeration to its growing e quipment portfolio.
The Edinburgh-based supplier has been appointed as the UK’s exclusive distributor of the Ilsa brand, which is known for developing premium chilling systems for catering, pastry, ice cream, and pizza professionals. The Ilsa range includes a
selection of refrigerated cabinets, which are not only useable for storing food but can also turn an end-user kitchen into a well- o rganised and efficient work system. The refrigerated cabinets are available in two product lines: Neos and Evolve, which focus on quality and reliability.

forward to informing the dealer market of all the product details.” The Neos cabinets are built with a monocoque structure a nd a 85mm thick insulation t hroughout, along with a 6 5mm insulation within the door. Focusing on functionality, attractive design and energy efficiency, the Neos range was built to meet the daily
d emands of all catering
establishments and can truly withstand the test of time. Combining advanced
r efrigeration technology, optimal ergonomics and not forgetting energy efficiency, the Evolve chillers and freezer cabinets
provide easy use and practicality. This range of products can easily b e integrated into any foodservice establishment, allowing the caterer to focus on the things which are important to them within the kitchen.
Also available through
Capital Cooling will be the Ilsa r efrigerated counters, a functional and practical range with an

BS 4142 was first published in 1967, revised i n 1990, again in 1997, 2014 and now in 2019. It will be fully updated under the systematic review proc ess again in five years’ time (2024).
