Meaco

MeacoWall is part of Meaco’s range of commercial low energy dehumidifiers. A stylish solution for humidity control where wall mounting is an important requirement, MeacoWall is ideal for use in data centres, laboratories, storage areas and industrial sectors. Available in three sizes, 53L, 72L, and 103L, the main benefits of the new range include reduced running costs and noise levels, as well as better energy efficiency. MeacoWall is designed to be wall mounted so is unobtrusive, and safe to use in high footfall spaces. These wall mounted dehumidifiers are some of the slimmest and will not protrude far into a room. New features include a DC fan motor that helps to reduce running costs and noise levels. As a heat pump compressor dehumidifier, all energy used in the drying process is sent back to the space.

A unique glass finish means they look great, coming in a white casing with either a white or black glass front panel that incorporates the light touch LED. Installation is flexible with the option of continuous drainage from either the right or left hand side of the dehumidifier. An automatic hot gas defrost system allows use in spaces where heating is limited with continuous performance right down to 10°C. www.meaco.com

systems, can now be voice-activated to provide simple and convenient control.

This new functionality offers a wide variety of benefits for both the commercial and residential markets. Voice Control is also compatible with Panasonic PACi solutions for the commercial sector. Users can easily pre-determine working environments to provide the most suitable climate. Toshiba

Toshiba has introduced Seiya, a new range of ultra-quiet high-wall split air conditioning systems. They run on a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant. Based on Toshiba’s inverter driven twin-rotary compressor for the 7kW condensing unit and single-rotary compressor for smaller capacities, the heat pump-based units deliver energy efficient cooling and heating all-year-round. The units have a ‘silent’ function that cuts the sound level of outdoor units in half. Its ‘quiet’ function reduces sound output from the indoor units. The inverter-driven rotary compressor constantly matches cooling and heating output to the current load. An easy-to-use optional app enables the system to be controlled from anywhere via a smart phone or other digital device. Seiya is has a number of features to maintain cleanliness and

healthy operation. It is equipped with Toshiba’s Magic Coil that helps prevent water and dust from adhering to the heat exchange surface. www.toshiba-aircon.co.uk
