Humidity

matters: from product to people

No matter the environment, selecting the right humidifi cation unit is key to ensuring the health and wellbeing of occupants and the general public. Air quality, temperature and humidity also play an important role in supporting the preservation of items of special values and in the manufacturing of medical products. nderstandably, the medical and pharmaceutical industries have to meet rigorous humidifi cation

standards. In order to ensure a quality product, a controllable air humidity is essential to the development and manufacturing process. To prevent contamination most medicines are manufactured in specially air-conditioned and humidifi ed clean rooms. Optimum humidity also infl uences the viscosity and usability of materials and the speed of chemical reactions. Moving from product to person, in hospitals and medical

facilities humidifi cation aff ects indoor climate, making it a building block for patient recovery.

Office and public places Similarly, humidity control in public places such as offi ces, schools and universities, shopping centres and spa and yoga environments can have a signifi cant impact on health and productivity.
