Javac
Javac, a leading HVAC tool supplier in the UK and a subsidiary of Aspen Pumps, has launched the Bulldog A2L Spark Proof Vacuum pump, a
two-stage vacuum pump which is R32-ready, providing fast evacuation and deep vacuum coupled with simplified maintenance, repair and durability. Designed specifically for systems where A2L/ R32 gases are in use, the Bulldog has fully certified spark-proof switches and a hard wired 5m cable – critical when dealing with mildly flammable refrigerant and setting new standards in safety.
Durable, lightweight and packed with engineer focussed features, this two-stage oil-sealed vacuum pump is a must have for any engineer’s van.
Boasting a raft of safety features, the Bulldog is designed specifically for end-users who insist on spark- proof equipment for R32 installations. Significantly reducing the risks from sparks through the development of a number of features, the Bulldog is the perfect pump for the job thanks to its integrated spark-proof power switch, lead and circuit breaker. These features all improve engineer safety by reducing the risks of working with mildly flammable R32.
Other safety features include a built-in solenoid valve which isolates on shut down or on power failure, preventing loss of vacuum and eliminating oil returning or contamination. This protects the AC system and avoids time consuming problems when undergoing service, maintenance and installation on site. The Bulldog pump also contains an integrated dual stage oil demister which effectively filters oil mist, reducing pollution and oil consumption as well as preventing spillages, again avoiding safety issues on site. With an ultimate vacuum of 15 microns and free air displacement 160 L/min, the Bulldog offers outstanding performance. The Javac Bulldog Vacuum Pump leads the market in safety and performance, offering the AC sector a much- needed solution for when engineers are using R32 refrigerant. With a range of engineer-focused features, the Bulldog provides enhanced safety and effectiveness, offering peace of mind on site.
