This project consists of 145 canal-side apartments, ranging from studios to duplex penthouses, and is part of a wider regeneration of the Kings Cross area.
As a prestigious project it was important to select the right products to install across the complex to meet the high specification required for such luxury apartments. Providing a quiet home environment for occupiers was therefore a key requirement.
Fan coils were specified to provide both heating and cooling in each of the 145 apartments. The Micro-v i4 was then selected to be installed in the fan coil units because it is the quietest condensate pump on the market, helping ensure occupiers would benefit from quiet, luxurious comfort.
