our wool-blend Cosy Socks, and more recently for our 70% Bamboo Socks. We have over 600 SKU’s available to choose from.
Q: What made you branch out into jewellery? DM: As an agent originally, I had a principal selling jewellery – again customers asked me routinely for items that were different. My Mum (Louise) had always, and still loves, bold, quirky jewellery, so the inspiration for this mainly came from her. Jewellery now adds a real diversity to our business – many of our customers are initially attracted to Jess & Lou by this product range, then moving into socks and other products based on the positive sell through, and vice versa.
Q: Do you have any new product launches you can tell us about? DM: Our new 70% Bamboo Socks, our Mini Cosy Hot Water Bottles and our new Hooded Scarves. We are especially proud of our Bamboo Socks – being 70% bamboo makes them incredibly
soft, and with the 164 needle count, the sock offers superior breathability and durability. The patterns are also extremely detailed – at £2.15 a pair, we believe this to be the best quality and most well priced Bamboo sock on the market. The Mini Hot Water Bottles have been an instant success – we sold our entire delivery within
three weeks. They are a fantastic gift, especially when paired with a sock or one of our Cosy Slippers. We have introduced several new lines to this range, including Fluffy Animal Print. Our new Hooded Scarves created quite a
sensation at Spring Fair – many customers couldn’t wait to try them on, and they have been
