PRODUCTS ENCLOSURE & SAFETY SOLUTIONS

HEAVY DUTY CORROSION AND IMPACT RESISTANT ENCLOSURES

A heavy duty corrosion and impact resistant range from Deltron Enclosures offers

strengthened

protection against salt spray and corrosive substances. Manufactured from GD-AlSi12, the IP66 and IP68 enclosures provide enhanced resistance of up to 1000 hours in salt spray, plus high impact tolerance of up to seven Joules. (Leak testing was performed after impact/drop testing). The enclosures are available in ten sizes and finished with a grey Epoxy-

Polyester (Hybrid) powder coating, offering added resistance to chipping. Maintaining a longer lifespan than often provided by standard aluminium, the range is ideal for placement in environments where high moisture or corrosive substance levels are present. This can include the marine, rail or agricultural industries, automotive, offshore oil and gas, plus placement in factories where the enclosure is likely to be knocked. Deltron Enclosures can also machine, print and assemble your

enclosures in-house to meet your specification. Customising your enclosures with us allows you to take advantage of our engineers’ technical expertise, reduces time spent managing a long supply chain and prepares the enclosures for immediate installation once on site.
