Ideal for small to mid-sized operations, this new line is built for real-world kitchen demands while maintaining a competitive price point that supports business growth. Te new line’s initial offering consists


of Upright Refrigerator and Freezer units, Undercounter Refrigerator and Freezer units, and two widths of Sandwich Prep tables. Te upright cabinets are designed to


easily hold free-standing tray racks for full-size sheet pans. Teir special duct pattern allows cool air to flow evenly across the pans, keeping food cool even when the cabinet is fully loaded. Te Prep Tables feature a cold air


dispersion system that effectively keeps food at the right temperature. Tis system sends air from the back of the rail, moves it around the bottom and sides of the pans, and then pushes it into the cabinet through ducts. Tis pattern ensures the rail, the section most vulnerable to inconsistent temperature control, stays cool and food stays at a safe temperature. Reversible doors, stay-open hinges,
