s we celebrate FCSI’s 70th anniversary, our strength lies in our commitment to
excellence, professionalism, and our enduring ability to share, support, and inspire. We’ve just returned from the
Circle 2025 Conference in Hoi An, Vietnam, energized by the global connections we foster. Eight consultants from
Te Americas, alongside our executive directors, participated in this inspiring event of more than 200 attendees. Our

I’m writing this from the shores of Hoi An, Vietnam, fresh on the heels of an incredibly successful FCSI Asia Pacific Division Conference. Over three packed days, we
experienced inspiring talks, meaningful conversations, a few belly laughs, and a genuine sense of connection. What stood out most was the energy – a kind of collective

members contributed through involvement in the Worldwide board meeting, and a number of conference sessions. It was uplifting to see divisions aligned in purpose, propelling our Society into its 71st year. We’re excited for the upcoming
LATAM Summit in Cancún, Mexico (September 25 to 28), and our TAD Conference in Phoenix, Arizona (April 23 to 26). Te opportunity to learn from one another on a global scale strengthens our shared
mission: to elevate society through thoughtful, high- quality consulting. A heartfelt thank you to our Allied members, whose involvement enriches our events, creating opportunities for all members. FCSI has been integral to my journey personally and professionally, providing opportunities to hone my leadership skills and lifelong friendships and colleagues who continue to inspire me.
momentum that made it clear we’re not just participants in this industry – we’re shaping it. I joked with a few people that this truly feels like my work family, and having so many familiar faces gathered in Vietnam was both grounding and exhilarating. Te event went without a

hitch – the venue was stunning, the food and entertainment were spot on, and the speakers delivered real insight. But the most powerful thing was the
sense of pride and unity. Two years ago, our region
was somewhat under the radar. Today? We’re going to be loud. We’re going to be proud. And we’re going to show the rest of the world what Asia Pacific is all about. We’ve grown our consultant
base, added new Allied members, and helped remind – or introduce – the industry to what FCSI really means. Tis was a milestone for our region, and the best is yet to come.
’m still truly impressed by the recent FCSI Asia Pacific Division Conference in Hoi
An, Vietnam. Not only was it incredibly well attended – with colleagues and friends from around the world – but the topics we explored reflected the same issues that keep members of the EAME region engaged. We discussed cutting-edge
developments in artificial intelligence and robotics, but also dove into the deeply human side of our industry: emotional
intelligence, creativity, and – time and again – collaboration and cooperation. Tese are not just buzzwords; they are the foundation of how we evolve as professionals and people. What stood out most to me was the spirit of open dialogue and the strong will to connect across borders and disciplines. Talking to one another, sharing perspectives, and, when possible, working together – these are the things that move each of us forward,

professionally and personally. Conferences like the one
organized by our colleagues in the Asia Pacific Division remind us what FCSI is really about: meaningful connection, lifelong learning, and a shared commitment to excellence. Tank you to everyone who made it an unforgettable experience. I hope to see many of you soon, starting with HostMilano in October and the FCSI EAME conference in Liverpool in May 2026.
