TÜV certifi ed: Product Carbon Footprint. (PCF) RATIONAL helps its customers reduce their CO2 emissions. To help users know exactly how much energy their cooking systems consume, RATIONAL used real data from networked units to calculate the PCF for all iCombi Pro and iVario Pro models throughout their life cycles. This methodology is TÜV Süd-certifi ed and meets international standards.

Scientifi cally proven: Resource savings.


Food service companies are slashing their resource consumption with the help of RATIONAL intelligent cooking systems. And now a study by the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences has proven that once and for all, demonstrating that the cooking systems can reduce water consumption by around 48%, energy consumption by 24%, and connected and peak loads by around 20%.
