As Scott Gallant, principal at IT consultancy Keyed Systems explains, “Small organizations are looking at ready-made AI tools, while larger ones are looking at consumer expectations around AI and trying to skate where the puck is going. Tey have large swaths of data they’ve produced over the years, and they’re looking to make new value out of it.”
