and beyond came together to share ideas, build relationships, and confront the ever-changing challenges of our industry. Te Conference theme, CIRCLE (Conversations on Innovation, Resilience, Collaboration, Leadership, and Evolution), was a perfect encapsulation of the values that have allowed FCSI to remain such a strong force for 70 years. Te backdrop of Hoi An, a city rich in culture, history, and hospitality, could not have been more fitting. It served as a powerful symbol of both our enduring roots and our forward momentum. As the conference kicked
off, the energy in the room was unmistakable. With a record attendance of more than 200 delegates, it was amazing to see the recent rapid growth of the Division. Conversations and presentations throughout the three days were not only about technical innovations or design trends, but also about legacy, mentorship, and the responsibility we each carry to shape the future of foodservice. Te conference theme resonated deeply in a world still navigating rapid change. Tese discussions emphasized how FCSI continues
