Builder - Bollinger + Grohmann Ingenieure Opens - 2026


Anticipated to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the LXK Campus will consist of two buildings with a planned 9,350m² of residential space and 51,850m² of office and commercial space. Te corners of both buildings, set to contain commercial enterprises including restaurants and small-scale retail and community facilities, will open up to create a large, new, green public square.

As the first carbon positive hotel in the US, Populus’ embodied and operational carbon footprint is being offset through forest and agricultural collaborations that sequester more carbon than the building emits. Its social and F&B areas include a restaurant, a coffee bar, flexible areas that can accommodate business meetings, co-working areas, celebrations or pop-up events, and a rooftop, which includes a restaurant, outdoor bar and garden terrace.
