Blackworks turns six, and we celebrate it with a magazine that stands as both a portrait and a declaration. We’re not just talking about a festival, but a movement that has redefined how we understand techno. What began in Madrid as a bold gamble now resonates across the most demanding clubs and festivals on the planet. Blackworks doesn’t just curate artists, it has created its own language — sound, aesthetics, community.
This issue is dedicated to those who made that language an international symbol. From Dani, its founder, who first sparked the flame, to the creative and production teams who build each stage with surgical precision. It’s also for the residents and DJs who have turned the Blackworks booth into an altar of intensity — names that are now global references, yet feel at home here. And, of course, the crowd: that fierce community that has transformed every night into a collective ritual.
Six years later, Blackworks is more than a promoter or a label. It’s an ecosystem that embraces fashion, art, immersive experiences, and a clear vision for the future. This magazine is not just a retrospective, but a map of what’s been built and a window into what’s to come. Because if Blackworks has proven anything, it’s that its story is only just beginning.
