What does Blackworks mean to you, on both a professional and personal level?


For me, Blackworks is much more than an event brand or a promoter. Profes- sionally, it means being part of the growth of a project that today is a referen- ce point for techno and hard-techno in Spain and across Europe.


On a personal level, Blackworks means commitment and growth. It’s a project I’ve been deeply involved in and helped bring to where it is today. It represents constant work, and also the challenge of continuing to innovate within the scene.


How was your first contact with the project?


It was during the pandemic. I was really struck by its visual identity, the vi- deos… what it transmitted was something unique at that time. I was impres- sed by how much attention they gave to their image, and also by the loyal community that followed them.


What do you think makes Blackworks stand out within the scene?


Its community, its dedication, and the whole human team behind it: people who care for this project as if it were part of their family.


Is there a show, a moment, or an anecdote you remember with special affection or intensity?


Yes, the first show we did at Hï Ibiza. It was truly emotional to see it work in a place like Ibiza, where hard-techno once felt like a utopia. To realize we had managed to bring the Blackworks concept to the island was incredible.
