CRAFTING THE ANTHEM OF SUMMER
In 2023 the “Love Me Right” swiftly claimed the title of the summer anthem. With a desire to infuse it with feel-good energy and a rolling groove, Franky stumbled upon a perfect vocal sample, ‘Oh Sheila’. Influenced by classic House rhythms and 90’s organ bass sounds, the track quickly came to life.
“Love Me Right” was created in the morning before playing Music On Festival, I wanted to make something unique to play in my set and I stumbled upon this great vocal ‘Oh Sheila’.”
THE MAGIC OF MUSIC ON
The debut of “Love Me Right” at the Music On Festival marked a momentous milestone in Franky’s career. Stepping onto the stage amidst pre-show jitters, he was met with an eager audience, ready to immerse themselves in the music. The connection between the track and the crowd surpassed expectations, leaving Franky inspired to create even more.
“It’s amazing to see the positive response I envisioned while making the track before the show. I’m grateful it connected, and it’s moments like that that keep me inspired to make more music.”
Franky speaks highly of his collaboration with Music On, an entity representing the pinnacle of quality in House and Techno music. This union has been transformative, inspiring him to push musical boundaries and expand his creative horizons, while also introducing him to a global audience hungry for his beats.
“It’s a fantastic pool of artists and the event draws some of the best up-for-it crowd in the world, which allows me to expand my creative horizons in my sets.”

“One other moment that really hit was when I played an edit of ‘Riders on the Storm’, it’s an edit by Ferro. I added the original vocals myself as an extra touch. When the famous Rhodes melody finished, and only the kick hit, it was a very special moment.”
REIMAGINING ICONS
Remixing BLOND:ISH and Madonna’s ‘Sorry’ was a unique challenge that demanded an unconventional approach. Discarding initial attempts, Franky let inspiration guide them to create a 90’s rave-inspired House track, injecting his distinctive energy into this iconic piece.
“Before I made the final version that’s now released, I tried a couple of angles on this remix. Sometimes when remixing a song where such big artists are involved you tend to overthink, and then force ideas that don’t really work. The next day I started totally fresh without any preconceptions or expectations. That became the version I decided to release in the end.”
THE FLOW STATE OF MIND
FLOW, Franky’s event concept, is all about cultivating the FLOW state of mind on the dance floor. It’s a space where worries fade, leaving room for pure musical immersion. Franky emphasizes the importance of keeping the

“We like to keep the rhythm going non-stop, providing a continuous groove. We tend not to play big long breaks without any beat. Show wise we aim to let the music do the most of the talking, and not let big LED screens or set pieces overshadow the dance floor experience of connecting together through the music.”
The recent sold-out edition of FLOW on the beach in the Netherlands was a testament to the event’s unique elements. Set against a backdrop of a breathtaking sunset,
