“Owning my imprint is my way of giving back and crea- ting a platform that embodies my vision,” he says.
“My label manager, Francesco, and I work hard to stay true to our principles. We are always searching for new music while maintaining quality and consistency.”
Pakate’s evolution extends beyond just releases—it’s also a platform for live showcases at international events.
“We’re taking it to the next level with showcases in Thailand for the Soulfire Festival, Off Sonar, and Ibiza this summer. Bringing our sound directly to clubs and festivals makes the journey even more special.”

“Stay true to yourself. Always remember why you star- ted. Do it for the love of music, not for fame or money. Passion should drive you. There are so many ways to evolve—learning never stops. His journey, marked by both highs and lows, has taught him a crucial lesson: resilience is everything.
“As I approach 40, I realize that change is inevitable. I’ve experienced massive success and moments of struggle when bookings slowed down. But as long as you stay true to your craft and put in the work, you’ll find a way forward. What you give to the music will always come back to you. Stay humble, keep learning, and above all, love what you do—even when no one else is watching.”
With a career spanning decades and multiple conti- nents, Jean Pierre’s story is one of perseverance, pas- sion, and evolution.
