Over the next year put your baking ideas on paper and come join us in the kitchen baking up a special cake.
The contest is simple:
First Step – you need to purchase a bag of HOCKLEY VALLEY SPELT FLOUR which is carried at all the Loblaws and other grocery stores across Canada, for more information please contact: https://hockleyvalley.com/#contact Second Step - You need to come up with a “SPECTACULAR SPELT CAKE” recipe using HOCKLEY VALLERY SPELT FLOUR and whatever else will make a wonderful cake. Third Step - you need to bake the cake and take photographs of you in the kitchen preparing this delight. Four Step – you will need a photograph of this truly beautiful finished concoction and then another picture of you and your cake. Fifth Step – send an email to deb.usher@arabelladesign.com and I will send you an entry form so that you can put all this information together and email it to me. Sixth Step – cakes will be chosen based on originality, beauty and taste. The participants that make it to the first round will have their cakes baked by student chefs in our test kitchen.
