Bill Stephens is an artist from Dorchester, Ontario. He works almost exclusively with watercolour and ink. Bill has been involved with art in some form or another for most of his adult life.
During his career as a police officer, he received training as a Certified Police Artist, and was called upon when a composite drawing of a suspect in a serious crime was required. He served as the Secretary of the International Police Artists’ Guild for a time, and has delivered numerous lectures regarding the identification of facial features. Bill also served as a cartoonist for a number of publications including the Windsor Star, the Crime Stoppers Caller, The Tecumseh Tribune and a variety of other magazines.
