kombuchas class as low in sugar because the fermentation process metabolises the sucrose and fructose, leaving just the glucose. Ranging from 2.6g per 100ml (Peach & Turmeric) to 4g per 100ml (Garden, made with Chamomile) – and our coffee kombucha comes in only slightly higher at 4.3g per 100ml – they all fall well beneath the 5g limit for sugar tax. This is important to us as it means our products are low-sugar, healthier alternatives to traditional soft drinks.
