Our new low modulus TPU Alloy grades expand the design space with soft materials less than 70 shore A durometer to as low as 35 shore A. ReZalloy Rx has excellent bondability to TPUs, PA12s, PEBAs and COPEs. These low modulus TPU alloys allow for catheter designs to be highly steerable in tight pathways deep within the human body. ReZalloy Rx is available in natural colours off the shelf in as little as 10lbs quantities or can be customised with any typical radio pacifiers and can be coloured virtually any pantone colour.

After 23 years of continued innovation, Compounding Solutions has become a global leader in high-quality medical and engineered compounds. With this growth, Compounding Solutions is proud to announce its new products, ReZalloy Rx Low Modulus TPU Alloys, and ReZilient GP, a thermoplastic elastomer.
The ReZilient Rx GP TPEs incorporate styrenic block copolymers (SBC) which have crosslinks in their block copolymer, giving it the ability to act and feel like a rubber but process like a thermoplastic. The line has a hardness range from 30 shore A to 90 shore A. At each durometer, ReZilient Rx GP maintains its key properties of TPEs,
such as tensile strength, elastic recovery and flexural strength, which allows it to retain its shape while still exhibiting highly elastic properties.
ReZilient Rx GP is translucent with perfect surface aesthetics, which allows Compounding Solutions’ customers to obtain a smooth and clear surface finish in all their final products. The line is highly customisable, with the ability to modify the resin with additives, fillers, pigments and stabilisers.
Hands on
Compounding Solutions newly expanded its research and development capabilities with the creation of the Pete Goguen Innovation Center. This 2,000-square foot centre has allowed the Compounding Solutions R&D team to increase productivity by taking the R&D process out of the day-to-day productions. The company’s sophisticated on-site laboratory and development equipment enables it to offer the opportunity for its customers to team up with Compounding Solutions’ R&D engineers and material specialists to develop and manufacturer their custom material. The firm’s eight person R&D department is a multi- disciplinary team with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the fields of chemical engineering, materials engineering, plastic engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, health physics, extrusion engineering and colour science. This “hands-on” approach allows Compounding Solutions’ customers to make on-line modifications to the process and material characteristics, greatly decreasing development costs and time-to-market. Compounding Solutions’ modern facility was designed specifically to streamline compounding operations in a clean and controlled environment. ●
