Looking back at 2022 – challenge, opportunity and potential

With the year-end approaching, Rob Green looks back at some of the highlights from 2022. From the launch of We Are CILIP and the Green Libraries Partnership, to the latest workforce mapping review and a new digital skills tool-kit, it has been a year of activity that sets CILIP’s course for the future – putting member’s needs at the heart of a sustainable organisation to support your career, wherever it takes you in the library, information and knowledge professions.

It was launched at the start of the year and will enable CILIP to support a changing profession, by leading on new skills, leadership and workforce development underpinned by CILIP’s ethical frame- work.
