Based in St. Louis, Mo., Allegro Senior Living continues expansion in south Florida with the purchase of land in Parkland for the de- velopment of a 175-residence community. Construction on the community is expected to begin in fall 2017 with completion antici- pated in early 2019.
The Arbor Company, based in Atlanta, Ga., announced that construction is underway on phase two of Arbor Terrace at Hamilton Mill in Dacula. The second phase of con- struction will add 100 independent living apartments and cottage options to the al- ready existing community. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2018. The Arbor Company also announced the start of construction for The Solana East Cobb, a 94-residence assisted living and memory care community in Marietta. The company anticipates a late fall 2017 open- ing for The Solana East Cobb.
Enlivant, based in Chicago, Ill., announced the opening of Ridgeview Place in Spokane alley, Wash. The community offers assisted living and memory care residences.
Newton, Mass.-based Five Star Senior Liv- ing, announced the start of construction on the memory care neighborhood at Overlook Green Senior Living in Whitehall, Pa. The neighborhood will feature 15 suites and it is anticipated that construction will be complet- ed in the first quarter of . dditionally, Five Star opened a new memory care neigh- borhood at Morningside of Georgetown in Georgetown, S.C. The new neighborhood features 14 suites.
Greeneld Senior Living headquartered in Falls Church, Va., debuted Greeneld Senior Living of Lansdale in Lansdale, Pa. The com- munity, formerly Spring Meadows, recently underwent a renovation under Greenfield’s new ownership. It includes 64 personal care and 56 memory care residences.

Stonecrest of Town & Country in- cludes 60 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care suites. The Pointe at Lifes- pring features 40 assisted living residences and 28 memory care suites. The company also announced that a new community, Stonecrest of Rochester Hills, will open in fall 2017 in Rochester Hill, Mich. offer- ing 55 assisted living and 32 memory care suites. ISL also recently broke ground on The Shores at Clearlake in Clear Lake, Tex- as, with a mid-2018 opening anticipated. The community will offer assisted living and 34 memory care apartments with fu-

Headquartered in Chicago, Ill., Senior Lifestyle Corporation announced its newest planned community, The Sheridan at Mason, being developed in Mason, Ohio. The community, expected to open in fall 2017, will include 101 assisted living and memory care residences.
Silverado, based in Irvine, Calif., recently introduced the ‘Vivra’ program and opened its first such neighborhood this year at Vin- tage Preserve Memory Care Community. The neighborhood focuses on adults without memory impairments that have other health issues such as diabetes and multiple sclerosis
