The fact of having stressors is NOT the problem. Not effectively dealing with one’s stress creates problems. Most stressors can be dealt with IF you have a plan to control your reactions and deal with an emergency in a calm and collected manner.
Humans have the ability to consciously choose how our stressors affect our performance. Your reaction to any stressor is choice…YOUR CHOICE!

The penalties are often severe if disabling stress is not dealt with quickly in an emergency situation; the consequences of stress can be life threatening.
