Ian Powell has been named as the new head of group development at Warden Construction, marking a significant step forward in the company’s regional growth strategy. Ian brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as head of development at Lowbury Construction where he worked for eight years.


Harrison Drury has welcomed five new apprentices. Alex Fowler, Ellena Pritchard, Kristen Chen, Katie Jones and Ruth Harbord have all joined the firm across various teams and offices.


Ben Posthuma De Boer, Laura Jeffrey, Georgia Molyneaux and Joe Ellison have joined Blackburn based chartered accountancy, business advisory and financial planning group PM+M. Established in 1956, Chorley-based Tapeswitch specialises in the design and manufacture of pressure-sensitive safety technologies used in industrial, transport and automation environments.
