Higher and Degree Apprenticeships (HADAs) are a dynamic, innovative route to gaining higher-level qualifications while developing valuable workplace skills. These programmes, offered at B&FC, are tailored to meet industry needs, equipping learners with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience while supporting business growth.
HADAs are a blend of workplace learning and academic study. Apprentices spend most of their time working, applying new knowledge and skills directly to their roles, and part of their time studying with B&FC.
