We recently rolled out our own AI agent, Sales Spark, developed by our marketing team. Complete has recently been announced as a patron for the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, supporting members with AI and digital marketing. Our talented team continues to grow as we search for a business development manager and work alongside Blackpool and The Fylde College to support the work experience of a software development T-Level student.

Blackpool and The Fylde College is one of the UK’s leading providers of professional and technical education. Teaching around 13,500 students each year, we deliver diverse programmes from entry level to apprenticeships and degrees. Our mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed – meeting the evolving needs of employers and helping businesses to grow.

B&FC helps businesses to build the highly skilled workforces they need to thrive. In March 2025, Ofsted rated us ‘Good’ with four ‘Outstanding’ areas, including the highest grade of ‘Strong’ for our contribution to regional skills. We are continuously innovating through new initiatives, such as our AI Champion apprenticeships which are now available to support employers to embrace digital transformation.

This year, we unveiled a full rebrand to reflect Trident’s commitment to sustainability. We’ve strengthened teams across the business to expand capability, drive growth and enhance the support we deliver for clients. We’ve also achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation and are preparing to publish our first ESG & Sustainability Report, aligning our progress with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Looking ahead, we’ll continue to invest in technology and our people, broaden our net zero and compliance services, and launch our own creative studio to share more video-led insights and practical expertise.
