In-person events are firmly back on the agenda and the business community in Lancashire has enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to meet up once more with friends, colleagues and peers.
Following more than a year of lockdown restrictions, during which all of us but for those in the most critical jobs were confined to our homes, face-to- face communication has never been more keenly sought out.
Flexible working is the new key idea, but according to various studies, more than three-quarters of workers have been eager to return to the communal workplace at least in some capacity.
