LARS TAKES ON CHALLENGING TOWER PROJECT
Carnforth-based LARS, an industry leader in radio site build and antenna system installation and commissioning, has completed the decommissioning job at the very top of the Heaton Park Tower in Manchester. The project required the removal of the turret crane, which sits at the top of the 200ft tower, and all associated steelwork, as well as blanking the opening and installing a new hatch.
