New Head of Sales - Process Water for the Healthcare Sector

VeoliaWater Technologies UK has appointed a newHead of Sales - ProcessWater, tomanage VWT's offering for the Healthcare sector, Kalpesh Shah. Covering renal and endoscopy applications, he is looking forward tomeeting old and newacquaintances in these critical care healthcare sectors and further strengthening VWT UK’s relationshipswith its customers.

An incredibly knowledgeable and valuablemember of the team, Kalpesh hasmore than 26 years’ experienceworkingwithin a variety of roles at VWT UK. He hasworked for both internal and international sales. For over a decade he succeeded in projectmanagement; taskedwith a variety of complex and demanding projects,with clients ranging fromthe NHS to the industrial and pharmaceutical sector. In 2016, Kalpeshwas promoted to Industrial SalesManager and became responsible for all industrial water treatment systems and processes sales.

His role as Head of Sales - ProcessWater has nowbeen expanded to

include the healthcare sector,which covers renal dialysis applications forwater treatment andwater treatment services for endoscopy and decontamination applications. Kalpesh will also lead the sales team.

Speaking on his newbroader role, Kalpesh said, “VWT UK is an organisation that invests in its people and I amdelighted to have the opportunity to developmy role further.My aimis to help increase the speed of our service delivery aswell as improving our current operations via the technology at our disposal, especially during a timewhenwe are unable tomeetwith our client base face to face.Wemust continue tomodernise our approach to both contact and support.”

Dalrod Brighton celebrates 1st birthday!

When John and LisaOakes ofDALRODBrighton started their journey as a proudDALRODdirectors back onMonday 6th January 2020, they never knewwhat a journey they had ahead of them.

Starting a newbusiness is never easy, but to start twomonths before a worldwide pandemic,was tough. Butwith sheer professionalism, John and Lisa put their heart and soul intomaking it a success.

Success comes inmanyways, but customer satisfaction is ultimately the goal, and DALROD Brighton has this in abundance.

John reflects on his first year as a DALROD Director, commenting;

“As todaymarks the first anniversary of DALROD Brighton, to say this has been a year of ups and downswould be an understatement. While a pandemic has swept through theworld and newnormal have changed and challenged thewaymany of us conduct business and how we live our home life. DALROD Brighton have been able to ride out these trying times andmanaged to growour coverage and customer base. This time last yearwe had a handful of customers andwonderedwhere the next call-outwas coming from. Aswe close out the year,we have now completed over 700 jobs. These have ranged fromminor blocked drains to substantial lining and excavation projects. On every job,we havemade the time to focus on delivering a high level of customer service and workmanshipwhich has resulted in a steady growth in our customer base. This is providing a very solid foundation aswemove into 2021 and our second year. Despite all the hurdles and obstacles, this level of growth is a testament to the robust businessmodel of DALROD UK and the inexhaustible support received fromthose behind the scenes that provide accounting,marketing, technical and franchise support.
