Colliers International has been a supporter of the Northern Powerhouse from the start. We understand and embrace the opportunity that is presented for growth and investment; and were the first firm of real estate advisors to become one of the government’s Northern Powerhouse Partners in November 2016.


The partnership programme is an essential part of creating the Northern Powerhouse. We are proud to be working with HM Government and the Northern Powerhouse Partners who all believe strongly in the economic potential of the north, and support the need for a combined effort by government and business to realise that potential.


Increasingly, you will see the Northern Powerhouse logo, it is used on infrastructure projects across the Northern Powerhouse, we use it on this brochure, on marketing material for large and strategically important projects and as part of our email footer.


This is the fourth edition of our Northern Powerhouse publication and we have a strong presence and expertise across the Northern Powerhouse city regions with a dedicated team of senior directors covering Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.


We opened our Liverpool office in January 2015 and our Sheffield office in January 2018 alongside our long established offices in Manchester and Leeds.


Aside from our experts who are based in the Northern Powerhouse cities, we also have a wealth of sector specialists throughout our UK offices. This means however large or complex your project may be, we have the capacity and knowledge within our teams to help.
