Foundation Learning is aimed towards individuals who may be unsure about what career path they want to follow and who may lack confidence in themselves and their abilities. There are no entry requirements for the programme, however learners must be equipped with an ability to learn and engage in a variety of vocational and personal development activities.

During the year, all learners will be given the opportunity to access a variety of educational visits and group residentials. At the end of each program, the learners attend personalised celebrations of their achievements.
