Axminster Eccentric Chuck System T is simple 4" eccentric chuck and spiraling attachment helps you broaden your horizons by creating off -center turnings limited only by your imagination. T e basic chuck will operate on any expanding chuck using 2-3/4" diameter dovetail jaws and features incremental holes in the face of the chuck that allow you to quickly change the axis of the work by rotating the mounting disc. Additional off center mounting holes allow you to further increase the off center eff ect by remounting the work. T e spiraling attachment allows you to turn projects such as goblets and candle holders with an off set or spiraled stem. For ideas on eccentric turning, see Dick Sing’s book “Projects for the Mini Lathe” below.

Turners Select™ Spindle Adapters Many woodturners who have more than one lathe fi nd that their chucks and faceplates won't interchange between machines because of diff ering spindle sizes. A simple and economical solution to this problem is the addition of a Turners Select® Spindle Adapter, which makes it possible to use various

chucks and faceplates on multiple lathes and eliminate the expense of duplicating tooling. T e “From” size is the lathe spindle on which the adapter is to be mounted. T e “To” size is the thread size of the chuck/
