Hollow Roller™ Captive Hollow Turning System Of all the captive hollow turning systems we’ve used, the Hollow Roller™ is by far the simplest, easiest to use, and most compact system today. Made by Carter Products (the bandsaw guide people), the Hollow Roller™ features a captive bar tool support that eliminates torque allowing you to focus on the fun of turning a hollow form. Unlike other captive hollowing systems, the Hollow Roller™ doesn’t require bulky support frames or tailstock anchoring attachments so you can focus on the job at hand.
