Changes Brought by the Pandemic Assessing the Pandemic outcome on the working environments, clearly it was identified a new approach to the physical presence at work and the existent alternatives which are also in line with new appreciated values about working flexibility. Whilst all this has been effective in lockdown periods a balance has to be set for an effective companies’ performance recommending to fix clear policies about it. Good Health & Safety practices and standards incorporated during the pandemic should also prevail. The above without pretending to be exhaustive, is a
fair summary of some of the industry leaders’ statements based on their own approach and expertise to the issues right now affecting the industry and might help to configure the actions and elements to be present on the strategic planning of companies when facing this new scenario set after the pandemic and the war in Europe. The WCIC would represent an excellent opportunity to interchange points of view on the above and help to identify way outs and new ways to overcome these challenges.
