Our 3D printed filters ensure the capture of contaminants while providing consistent flow rates. These engineered filters smooth the


pour to produce a


consistent laminar flow. Our product also avoids the breakdown of the filter ligaments caused by some ceramic filters that can directly result in inclusions in the casting. Our 3D printed molds are manufac- tured with a ceramic that supports a broad range of high-temperature alloys. Our engineering team can work directly with your foundry to create a mold with gating interfaces. These molds can be delivered “ready-to-pour”. 3D-printed molds address areas that are too thin to be produced via conventional 3D-printed wax patterns, or geometries that cannot be produced via wax dies. 3D-printed molds will improve your delivery schedule and provide relief for your foundry engineering staff. Our 3D-printed cores are manufactured


with our leachable ceramic material and hollow areas that make the cores easier


to remove. Our engineers can work with you to develop a solution for reducing the lead time required to obtain cores for development or production parts. Our 3D-printed cores do not have the same limitations as conventional die production methods. Geometries can be produced via 3D-printing that cannot be produced by other methods. PERFECT-3D engineers can team with you to provide 3D-printed injection dies. Ceramic cores, if needed, can be produced concurrently to be placed in the injection dies. The 3D-printed injection dies are finished one time to produce high quality patterns, with or without cores, that can be produced with your production wax
