SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – LAS VEGAS Team Matt
It was all fun in the sun as Team Matt explored the coastal city of San Diego, known for its beaches, parks and warm climate.
Day 1 Departing from Manchester Team Matt crossed the pond to the west coast of the USA. Despite a midnight arrival at the hotel, they managed to fi nd time for some welcome drinks to start the trip in style!
Day 2 Today the team headed to LEGOLAND California to enjoy the rides, shows and attractions on offer and see just why it is one of the most popular family days out in the city. A trip to the coast followed with free time in Del Mar and La Jolla, and a drink or two at Karl Strauss Brewing Company.
Day 3 First stop today, San Diego Zoo where the team had time to explore the different exhibits and interactive experiences including Africa Rocks. In the
afternoon it was time to shop, shop, shop at Fashion Valley.
Day 4 An action- packed day of sightseeing lay ahead on the Old Town Trolley Tour. With ten stops throughout the city to hop on and hop off, the team visited the USS Midway, the old market town, the Embarcadero Marina and Seaport Village. In the evening the team enjoyed the local nightlife in the Gaslamp Quarter.
Day 5 Before saying goodbye to San Diego the team had time to visit SeaWorld San Diego for a morning of animal tours and experiences. Then it was onward to
