Are you passionate about customer service, thorough, confident, organised and efficient? If so, this may be the role for you.


Vintage Travel, one of the leading UK holiday companies for villas with private pools throughout Europe, is looking for someone to join their friendly team in Willingham, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the customer’s experience of their holiday with Vintage Travel is positive.


Excellent inter-personal and problem-solving skills will be required for liaising with our villa owners and overseas staff to creatively find solutions to issues that may occur during our clients’ holidays. An excellent level of written and verbal English will be essential in the writing of general and post-holiday correspondence, as will an ability to organise tasks in order of priority and to work efficiently in a busy environment.


You will also use your creative writing skills to assist with the production of other literature, such as website copy, holiday information books and destination guide books.


The customer experience is key to our continued success and whether speaking to a client during or after their holiday, or responding to feedback on or offline; it is essential to give a positive lasting impression of the company.


You will be working closely with our overseas team and will be involved in all aspects of our constant improvement to the overall ‘Vintage Travel experience’.
