head chefs of Michelin-starred establishments and, every summer, the whole resort transforms into a fine-dining haven during the Sani Gourmet festival. Over at Sani Dunes, Fresco does as its name
suggests and serves fresh dishes created by esteemed chef Ettore Botrini. Laidback beach dining is the star of the show at
Grill by the Pool, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at Sani Beach. Guests can opt for everything from Cajun grilled steak to freshly shucked oysters. At Sani Resort, there is something to satisfy every
type of palate, including that of the youngest guests. Annabel Karmel, a specialist in children’s nutrition, has crafted a menu packed with delicious options specifically for kids. Fresh ingredients are a staple, ensuring little ones are adequately fuelled, and the resort’s flagship buffet has a section entirely dedicated to children, so they don’t have to miss out on any of the excitement.

From the Peruvian specialities at Lima to the local
